Peakhomers (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us") provides the following policy regarding the cancellation of orders for outdoor bar stools, outdoor dining chairs, and outdoor multi-person straight sofas.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Within 48 Hours: If your order has not been shipped and it is within 48 hours of placement, the order can be cancelled directly.

  • After 48 Hours or Shipped: Orders that have been placed for more than 48 hours or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics to deliver the items and then contact us to initiate a return and refund. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation Process

  • To apply for a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email at customer@peakhomers.com or by phone at +1 (917) 769-6267. You must provide your order number and proof of payment.

  • Our customer service team will process your request immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange your refund as soon as possible.

Refund Instructions

Upon confirmation of the cancellation or return, the refund will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used at the time of purchase.

Processing Time: Depending on the efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If the refund is overdue, please contact us for assistance.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the cancellation process is accurate. We are not liable for any delays caused by incorrect order numbers or contact information provided by the user.

We use this information solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and processing your refund request.

Finality of Shipped Orders

Once a tracking number has been generated and the goods have left the warehouse, the order status is final and cannot be intercepted. We appreciate your understanding that the return process must be followed after the physical arrival of the goods in these instances.
