Delivery Area: We only provide delivery services within Australia. International shipping to other countries is not supported.
Shipping Fees:

  • Orders of 100 AUD and above: Free Shipping.

  • Orders below 100 AUD: A flat shipping fee of 10.99 AUD will be charged.

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Transit Time: Delivery usually takes between 7 to 15 business days.
Shipping Methods: Our primary logistics partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Conditions: Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement can be cancelled directly. Once an order has exceeded 48 hours or has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the delivery and then contact us to initiate a return and refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Arrival Time: Once the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account. Depending on your financial institution, the refund is expected to arrive within 1 to 5 business days. If you have not received it after this period, please contact us.
