Shipping Range
We provide shipping services across all regions of Australia. Currently, shipping to any countries outside of Australia is not supported.
Shipping Fees

For orders totaling $100.00 AUD or more (including $100.00), we offer free shipping.

For orders under $100.00 AUD, a flat shipping fee of $10.99 AUD will be charged.
Taxes
All taxes and related duties are included in the product price. You do not need to pay any additional fees at the time of delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the next business day.

If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the following working day.
Processing Time
We require 1 to 3 business days to handle and prepare your order for shipment.
Transit Duration
The estimated total transit time is 5 to 10 business days after the order has been dispatched from our facility.
Logistics Carriers
We utilize reputable local carriers to ensure safe delivery, including but not limited to Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track your shipment status by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website and entering your email address or phone number along with your order number.

Product Damage or Loss: We are responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence.

Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: Changes to shipping details or cancellations can only be made before the order is processed. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot modify the shipment.

Delivery Address and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for lost packages or delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Signing Precautions
Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging of your outdoor bar stools, dining chairs, or sofas for any visible damage before signing. If the packaging is severely compromised, you may refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
Delivery to Remote Areas
While we aim for Australia-wide coverage, delivery to extremely remote locations or offshore territories may experience additional delays beyond the estimated transit time.
Redelivery Fees
If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, and the package is returned to the carrier’s depot, any subsequent redelivery fees charged by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer.
Unforeseen Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or industrial strikes affecting the logistics network.
