Return and Exchange Validity
You have 45 days from the date of signing for your delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

Our Responsibility: For issues related to appearance, quality, odors, severe color differences, or incorrect items, we will bear the return shipping costs.

Your Responsibility: For "Change of Mind" (no-reason) returns or exchanges, the return shipping costs are to be borne by you.

For your convenience, a return label is included inside every package to facilitate the return process.
Responsibility Statement
We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or misuse of the furniture. If an item is damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging by the sender, we reserve the right to deduct the loss from the refund amount.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the item has left our warehouse, the request will be treated as a "Change of Mind" return, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Product Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. If the original packaging is lost, please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Damaged or Missing Parts
If you receive a package with missing parts or components damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will prioritize sending replacement parts to you at no additional cost.
